A round-up of the latest NFL Mock Drafts predicting who the Bills will select with the 30th overall pick:
February 20: The Athletic, The Athletic NFL Staff
No. 30 WR Matthew Golden, Texas
In case you're wondering yes, there were brief discussions with the Browns about Myles Garrett for this mock. While there was no deal this time, the Bills are a clear match in terms of team needs, winning environment and motivation. As for this selection, while the Bills have defensive needs, they also lacked receivers who could separate in the intermediate and deep areas of the field. They also didn't have a true starter at Z-receiver in 2024. Drafting Golden gives them all those things they were missing, with a tremendous bargain at No. 30. This was the best need-meets-value option on the board, with two second-round picks on the way to address the defense and take advantage of the defensive line depth in this class. Joe Buscaglia
February 19: CBS Sports, Chris Trapasso
No. 30 EDGE Princely Umanmielen, Ole Miss
Umanmielen is a thick yet burst-based rusher with pop upon contact who will instantly boost the Bills' pass-rushing unit.
February 18: NFL.com, Daniel Jeremiah
No. 30 WR Matthew Golden, Texas
The Bills have needs on defense, but this is strictly value play. Golden would be a perfect fit with Josh Allen.
February 13: NFL.com, Dan Parr
No. 30 EDGE Donovan Ezeiruaku, Boston College
If they're going to get past the Chiefs in the AFC, the Bills might want to follow the Eagles' blueprint. Ramp up the pass rush szn is here.
February 11: ESPN, Field Yates
No. 30 DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan
Obviously teams don't shape their draft plans to fit one specific opponent, but I can't help but think back to the AFC Championship Game. The Chiefs imposed their will on the ground against Buffalo in short-yardage situations, averaging 4.6 yards per carry. Grant is gigantic at 339 pounds and would be a tremendous asset to Buffalo's run defense. But he also brings pocket disruption as an inside pass rusher. Putting him in rotation with Ed Oliver and DaQuan Jones would make for a really good interior.
February 11: The 33rd Team, Kyle Crabbs
No. 30 CB Darien Porter, Iowa State
Iowa State's Darien Porter is a long, fluid corner who can run he'd pair with Christian Benford to give the Bills a heck of a duo of athletes playing outside.
February 11: Sharp Football Analytics, Ryan McCrystal
No. 30 EDGE JT Tuimoloau, Ohio State
February 10: CBS Sports, Josh Edwards
No. 30 DT Tyleik Williams, Ohio State
February 10: CBS Sports, Ryan Wilson
No. 30 WR Matthew Golden, Texas
February 10: NFL.com, Chad Reuter
TRADE No. 30 to MINNESOTA for No. 24 DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan
The Bills send Pick No. 30 and two fourth-round picks to Minnesota (which currently has no selections in Round 4) to move up for the big but nimble Grant, improving a rush defense that gave up 311 yards and four scores on the ground in Buffalo's final two playoff games.
February 10: USA Today, Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz
No. 30 CB Shavon Revel Jr., East Carolina
Revel, who is still working his way back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered in September, could team with Christian Benford and Taron Johnson to better position this group to match up with Mahomes and the Chiefs when it matters most.
February 10: Sporting News, Vinnie Iyer
No. 30 EDGE Princely Umanmielen, Ole Miss
The Bills could use some pass-rush youth and reinforcement for Sean McDermott and DC Bobby Babich. Umanmielen is a versatile pass rusher who can play multiple spots in their rotation.
February 10: Bleacher Report, BR NFL Scouting Department
No. 30 DT Derrick Harmon, Oregon
If Kansas City loses both of its guards, it's an area where opponents can attack and make life uncomfortable for quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Oregon's Derrick Harmon created as much or more pressure than any other defensive tackle this past season. Plus, he's an ideal fit for what the Bills like to do.
February 9: PFF, Trevor Sikkema
No. 30 DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan
The Bills will likely prioritize the interior defensive line in free agency or the draft or both. At 340 pounds, Grant has coveted size for the interior and unique quickness in his feet and hands. He needs to be more consistent in attacking the backfield with that extra juice, but the potential is there for him to be a difference-making defensive tackle.
February 7: NFL.com, Cynthia Frelund
No. 30 DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan
Grant would be a great value at No. 30 overall and a big help to a defensive line that could need reinforcements after free agency.
